Milano Academy FC is a player-driven soccer brand built from the ground up.
We’re not a massive club with facilities and funding — we’re a tight-knit group of competitors, coaches, and creators who love the game and believe in doing things the right way. What started as a local men’s team has grown into a platform for players who want more — more reps, more structure, and more purpose in how they train.
At our core, we’re here to develop players and build a community — one session, one match, one relationship at a time. Whether it’s competing in the Bay State Soccer League or offering 1-on-1 training to help the next generation improve their game, everything we do is about creating opportunities and raising standards.

Nick brings a player-first approach to coaching, combining years of competitive playing experience with a passion for developing talent at all levels. As Head Coach at Haverhill High School and co-founder of Milano Academy FC’s BSSL Squad, he leads the club’s social media, branding, and community outreach while helping shape a competitive and connected team culture.

George is known for his high-energy coaching style and deep understanding of the game. As JV Coach at Austin Prep and co-manager of Milano Academy FC’s BSSL Squad, he handles the critical behind-the-scenes work that keeps the team running smoothly — including game day logistics, referee coordination, roster management, and team equipment.
