Nichollas Guimaraes - Founder & Director
Nick is a passionate coach, creative leader, and the driving force behind Milano FC. With experience across youth development, men’s league competition, and social media strategy, Nick combines technical knowledge with a deep understanding of player psychology and community impact. A former collegiate athlete and current assistant college coach, he is committed to building a club culture rooted in hard work, respect, and opportunity.
George Papoulis - Co-Founder & Technical Director
George brings a wealth of experience and a true love for the game to Milano FC. Known for his attention to detail and calm leadership, he oversees the technical direction of the club. George has played and coached at various levels, and his ability to connect with players and simplify the game makes him a key figure in the development of our teams and training programs.
